In general, however, you should make sure that you wait for the last days with frost at the beginning of spring and do not start planting too early. Growing vegetables – the right amount of water and light
Before you plant your vegetables in the tub or balcony box and expose them to the weather, you should make sure that the plants are at a sufficient distance from each other . Above all, you should not water your plants in the later stages and provide them with nutrients. In your vegetable garden it says: A lot does not always help a lot. In general, you should water your vegetables a little more at the beginning, but only afterwards as needed. If the soil is still well moistened, irrigation should be waited for. In addition to water, sufficient light is of course the greatest prerequisite for the constant growth of your little protégés. Tomatoes are a special case– enough light : yes. However, irrigation should only take place on the plant soil. Leaves and flowers should not be watered.
